Since the 1983
purchase of Venetian Marina by one of its affiliate companies , Hoty Enterprises has been a leader in the marina industry. Hoty Enterprises has worked to improve the marina industry by introducing boaters to state-of-the-art marina facilities and top notch customer service. We have learned about boaters and their needs through our experience in managing 11 different marinas and by being active participants in the marina industry's leading organizations (LEMTA, MOAA, IMI). Currently, Hoty Enterprises
is an owner/operator of four marinas (Venetian Marina, Lakefront Marina,
Sandusky Harbor Marina and the Harbour Marina) and a concessionaire at
one marina (East Harbor State Park Marina) - with over 2,400 slip holders
we are the largest marina on Lake Erie and one of the top 10 operator nationwide. Son Rise Marina is Hoty Enterprises latest marina project. We have incorporated all of our experience and expertise in designing a marina

Master and Staff
The goal of
our staff is to insure that our boaters, their families and friends to
have the most enjoyable boating experience possible. We back this
up with our 100% satisfaction guarantee - if it's not done to your expectation, we'll make it right. We have located the Harbor Master's office between the dock area and the recreation area, so that boater's will always have convenient access to our staff.
